Co-lead youth aged 10-19 on multi-day expeditions around Kachemak Bay. Trip activities may include backpacking, rock-climbing, paddle-boarding, canoeing and trail work. Through a challenge-by-choice framework and experiential education, HoWL instructors teach wilderness skills, encourage fun, and empower youth to learn leadership, responsibility, and risk-management decision-making.

Pay is $19/hr with shared housing provided or $22/hr if you provide your own housing.
